Foundational Family Services: Helping your Youth Enter the Working World
February 22 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 amFree
Join us for a parent workshop on how to prepare your teen for entering the working world!
The unknown about entering the working world can be a challenge for anyone. There are multiple steps needed to prepare, knowing how to act during a first time interview, and knowing how to behave when in the position are just a few of these challenges.
This workshop is aimed at teaching parents how they can help their teen with Autism Spectrum Disorder prepare for all of these potential challenges.
Join the Autism Services team to learn how parents and caregivers can prepare their teen for the working world, including the skills that their teen will need for the interview, how their teen can learn to maintain a job, and how their teen can organize the information that they need to be successful.
