Another Carnival Coming Soon - Register today! 🌞🎉

We are thrilled to invite you to our 4th Annual Canopy Cares Inclusivity Carnival - a joyful celebration of community, connection, and inclusion!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 19th from 11 AM to 2 PM at Dixon Park.

The Canopy Cares Inclusivity Carnival is all about celebrating diversity and bringing people together through shared experiences.

The Carnival

The Carnival promises a day full of fun and excitement, featuring live performances with special interactive show with the Peterborough Academy of Circus Arts. Enjoy a BBQ lunch with the East City Lions, face painting, an arts & crafts tent, musical instrument station, popcorn, cotton candy, the “Zen Den” Sensory Tent provided by Autism Home Base, raffle prizes, and so much more! This year, a family pass is limited to five (5) people. You can again also register as an individual and have your support worker tag along with you, at no cost!

Back by Popular Demand

This year, we are bringing back a lot of your favourite Carnival features including the Tie Dye Station (Bring your own items if you want!), Henna & Glitter Glam Bar, Photo Station and new this year, Interactive Bubble Dance Party!

September is FASD awareness month and our FASD program will be at the Carnival with multiple new activities like button making & rock painting. We are excited to use Carnival as a chance to shine light on the great work this program does here at Canopy!

Spread the Word

Please invite your friends, family, and colleagues! We aim to make this event inclusive for all, extending beyond our Canopy Community to other organizations and members of our community.
