Pokémon Social Night
For Children Ages 8–13 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Calling all young Pokémon fans! This fun and inclusive event is designed for children ages 8–13 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who share a love for all things Pokémon. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others who have similar interests while building friendships in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Whether your child loves trading cards, talking about favorite characters, or playing Pokémon games, this group offers a space where they can connect at their own pace and feel proud of what they know.
🎨 Activities May Include
Pokémon‑themed arts and crafts
(create your own Pokémon, design cards, or make Poké Ball crafts)Optional Pokémon card show‑and‑tell
Fun, structured Pokémon games and challenges
Small‑group interactions to support comfort and social connection

A welcoming, sensory‑friendly environment
Flexible participation—children can join in as much or as little as they feel comfortable

📍 Location: Main office @ 150 O’Carroll Ave, Peterborough
🅿️ Drop-Off Instructions: Parents and caregivers should park in the lower parking lot, Enter through the side doors labelled “Autism Services” An Autism Services rep will be there to meet the kids, introduce themselves, and get the fun started!
Note: This event is for children registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and between the ages of 8 and 13. An OAP number is required to register.
