Science Night for Kids Ages 8-13

👩‍🔬🔬 Enjoy a night filled with exciting, hands-on science experiments, make new friends, and have a blast exploring the wonders of science in a welcoming setting. 🔍🧬

Join us for a fantastic evening of curiosity, creativity, and fun as we dive into simple, interactive science experiments, learn new skills, and make new friends. It’s the perfect way to explore science while having fun and practicing teamwork in a friendly, welcoming environment! Designed for those aged 8-13 year olds with ASD. Max 8 participants.

  • Explore cool, easy science experiments like who can create the strongest structure or, creating fizzy reactions!

  • Meet new friends and strengthen teamwork and communication skills. 🤝

  • Snacks, laughs, and plenty of hands-on learning—fun for everyone! 🍿🧑‍🔬

  • Location: Canopy Support Services, 150 O’Carroll Ave, Peterborough, ON. Park in the lower parking lot and enter through the doors labelled “Autism Services”

This group is designed for youth aged 8-13 with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who are registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP). We can't wait to see you there! 😊
