Keeping you informed: Updates to our Strategic Plan

A message from our CEO

We have decided to extend our current Strategic Plan 2023-2026 by one additional year, with the revised end date now set for March 31, 2027.  This extension is a deliberate strategic choice that reflects our confidence in the continued relevance and effectiveness of our existing strategic plan.  It also provides us with the time and space needed to prepare thoughtfully and collaboratively for the next strategic planning cycle. 

As a part of the transition, each program was asked to review, discuss and develop a draft operational plan that aligned with the extended strategic plan timeframe. The Management team has reviewed all proposed operational plans at our February meeting and will now work towards developing a unified operational plan for the additional year.  I look forward to sharing the finalized extended operational plan informed by your insights and collective discussion.  

Next Strategic Plan - We will launch the planning process for the next Strategic Plan this summer.  This will be a meaningful opportunity for us to reflect, reimagine and co-create the direction that will guide us over the next three to five years.  So stay tuned for us to reaching out for your participation in a targeted and inclusive way as your voices and perspectives are essential to sharing our shared future.
