Join Canopy Support Services for an engaging and interactive social skills group designed specifically for children aged 6-12 with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This in-person event will take place at our Cobourg office, providing a safe and supportive environment for your child to learn and grow. 🌟🌈
During this one-hour session, your child will have the opportunity to interact with peers, play games, and develop essential social skills such as conversation techniques, sharing, and tolerating others. While the children are engaged in the group activities, parents have the option to stay on-site. Refreshments will be provided, and parents can ask questions, meet with a Coordinator, and connect with other parents of same-aged children. Our experienced staff will guide the activities, ensuring each child feels included and supported. 🤝🎨
