📢 Is your child starting high school this fall? Let’s make the transition smooth & confident! High school is a big leap, but with the right skills, your child can start strong! Our Transition to High School Skills Group is an 8-week program running from July 23 – August 27, including check-in sessions in September & October, designed to boost confidence, reduce anxiety, and build key skills for navigating new environments 🎒🎓

This skills group is geared towards youth with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis and is an OAP-eligible expense; however it is open to any youth needing support transitioning to high school.
At this time, these groups are being run for students transitioning to KPR and PVNC high schools in Peterborough- Adam Scott, Crestwood, TASS, Kenner, St. Peters, and Holy Cross
Group Details:
📅 8-week program starting July 23rd with daytime sessions from 1:00pm - 2:30pm
⌛ Session Length: 1.5 hours
📍 Location: Canopy Support Services & Identified High School (Adam Scott, Crestwood, Holy Cross, Kenner, St. Peter, TASS)
🎯 Cost: $2,360 for the entire 8 week group
Please note, times for the group will be determined once attendance has been confirmed - they will be daytime groups.
