Ready to level up your social game? Join Teen Sync, an interactive, ABA-based social skills group designed for teens who want to feel confident in conversations, friendships, and everyday social situations.

Through role-plays, games, and guided activities, teens practice real-world skills in a fun, supportive environment. Using ABA strategies like modeling, shaping, and reinforcement, each session focuses on a specific skill—giving teens plenty of chances to learn, practice, and apply what they’ve learned at school, home, and beyond.

PEERS® for Adolescents
Social Skills Group

PEERS® for Adolescents is a 14-week evidence-based social skills program for adolescents in middle and high school who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or handling conflict and rejection.

Participants will learn:

  • Developing and Maintaining Friendships

  • Conversational skills

  • Entering and exiting conversations

  • Appropriate use of humor

  • Handling disagreements

  • Electronic communication

  • Being a good sport

  • Organizing get-togethers

  • Handling teasing and bullying

  • Changing Reputations

Cost:

  • The fee for this 14 week group is $4900.00 and is an OAP-eligible expense.

Group Details:

  • This group is for teens with a diagnosis of Autism, aged 13-17 years old.

  • This 14 week group begins Thursday, March 5 and runs until Thursday, June 4, 2026.

  • Parents attend separate sessions simultaneously and are taught how to assist adolescents in making and keeping friends (parent participation Is required).

  • Each week will be 1 hour in length and participants are taught social skills through didactic lessons and role-play demonstrations and practice these skills during group socialization activities.

  • This group takes place in person at our Peterborough office.

🌟Calling all teens (13+) with ASD—it's time to unlock your potential! Connect Crew is a dynamic week long journey, where executive functioning skills meet real-world adventures. We’ll spend our time learning, growing, and having fun together! Experience the skills firsthand: Grocery shopping, bowling, swimming, eating at restaurants, and navigating the city bus—all while making friends and having fun!🏊🎳🍽

What to Expect: Over the March Break, you’ll explore the foundations of DBT and build your own personalized coping toolbox.

🕹️ Social skills meet screen time! This unique ABA-based program is perfect for youth ages 13-17 who love video games and benefit from structured social learning. Using popular multiplayer games, participants practice real-world social skills in a fun, relatable way.

What to Expect:

  • 🌐 Internet Safety: Learn to navigate online spaces responsibly.

  • 🤝 Teamwork & Turn-Taking: Practice cooperation, compromise, and sportsmanship.

  • 💬 Communication: Comment, cheer, and ask for help in-game and in real life.

  • 😌 Emotional Regulation: Handle wins, losses, and transitions with confidence.

Social Explorers (Ages 8-12)

Get ready for an exciting 8‑week adventure where kids ages 8–12 build confidence, friendship skills, and real‑world social know‑how—all in a fun, supportive environment! 🤝✨

This structured, evidence‑informed social skills program is designed to help children strengthen peer connection, understand emotions, and navigate tricky social moments with confidence. Each week, children take part in interactive activities that make learning social skills feel natural, upbeat, and engaging. 🎉

🧭 What We Explore Together

Through group games, modeling, role‑play, and guided discussions, kids will learn how to:

  • 😊 Manage emotions in social situations

  • 🧠 Use flexible thinking and adapt to changes

  • 👀 Read social cues and “read the room”

  • 🤝 Solve problems cooperatively

  • 💬 Practice conversation skills and use shared interests to build friendships

  • 🔄 Repair mistakes after conflict and recover confidently

  • 🌟 Apply new skills at school, home, and in the community

Every session blends skill‑building with fun, movement, creativity, and opportunities to practice with peers. Kids leave each week feeling more prepared—and more connected.
